Research Interest:

Pathogenic mechanism of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae including the pathogenic mechanism related regulation; Interaction between pathogen and host; evolution and epidemiology of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzaeResearch concerning Blight disease of tomato and tobaccoReveal the pathogenic mechanism of interaction between Ralstonia solanacearum and host, and then construct Disease resistant cultivar by genetic modification. Identification of the microbiome of rhizosphere of various tomato cultivars, and then construct synthesis community for biocontrol of Blight disease.
