研究方向

致力于理解植物如何应对复杂的环境变化,以提高农作物对复合环境胁迫的抵抗力,同时也对研究光合作用和开发可以在未来提高作物光合作用效率的策略感兴趣。以水稻为主要研究对象,运用植物生理学、遗传学、生物信息学以及合成生物学等学科的理论与技术,挖掘关键因子,解析生化功能,揭示分子机理,构建信号调控网络等,并将基础理论研究的成果应用于水稻复合非生物胁迫的抗性改良以及光合生产力的提高。
