研究方向简介

细菌中第二信使c-di-GMP的功能及作用机制探究。主要针对c-di-GMP的代谢调控及c-di-GMP受体功能展开研究,揭示c-di-GMP对细菌生物被膜形成及瓦解的调控机制,以及对趋化性运动的调控机制。构建信号调控网络,阐明c-di-GMP信号系统在细菌感知/应对外界刺激中的作用。
