本实验室关注病原微生物感染与宿主先天性免疫分子机制的研究,李姗博士曾发现病原细菌以一种全新的蛋白质翻译后修饰——精氨酸N-乙酰葡萄糖胺化修饰作用于死亡受体,从而抑制宿主先天性免疫反应(Li et al., Nature, 2013),制备能特异性识别精氨酸N-乙酰葡萄糖胺化修饰的兔源单克隆抗体,为此全新修饰的研究打开了一扇大门(Pan & Li et al., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2014),受邀在细胞凋亡领域权威杂志Apoptosis杂志撰写综述(Luo et al., Apoptosis, 2015)。曾获得吴瑞杰出生命科学奖。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,湖北省杰出青年人才基金项目,湖北省卫计委青年人才项目,湖北省教育厅创新团队项目各一项。
