1996-至今:华中农业大学 生命科学技术学院,教授。

1992-1996:华中农业大学生命科学技术学院,副教授。豆科植物紫云英共生

      固氮体系的分子生物学研究,分离和鉴定紫云英信号分子。

1980-1985:华中农业大学土化系/微生物专业,助教。华癸根瘤菌结瘤基因突

      变体分离及共生大质粒的鉴定。

1986-1992:华中农业大学土化系/生命科学技术学院,讲师。华癸根瘤菌结瘤

      基因和固氮基因的克隆及结构分析。

1992-1993:美国田纳西大学 豆科植物研究中心 访问学者。开展豆科植物诱

      导根瘤菌结瘤基因表达的信号分子研究。

1996-1999:美国俄亥俄州立大学 生物技术中心 访问学者。主要开展大豆成

      膜素蛋白结构和功能及其相互作用的蛋白研究。

2001-2004:加拿大西安大略大学 生物系 Research Associate。主要开展大

      豆植物热激蛋白Hsp90分子伴侣的研究。

 

研究方向

  豆科植物与根瘤菌共生固氮作用的分子机理;根瘤菌共生信号在宿主植物中传递途径及调控机制;水稻等非豆科植物共生途径基因线路的搭建及合成生物学改造。
